Went to Portside for our 4th visit of the year. We've never had a bad experience, the food is excellent and the waitstaff is pleasant, friendly and is more than willing to make each visit extraordinary....
Terrible service. Would not give us paper plates for our pizza. We had to tear up the top of the pizza box. The foursome next to us managed to get two plates to share. Pathetic.
We went to Portside pizzeria today and ordered two personal pan pizzas. We waited for 30 minutes before we asked about our order after seeing People come in after us and be served and finish.
