Terrific service and lunch special.Tenderloin slider and 2 cups of soups of choice.Everything was delicious.We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Stopped in, two different servers walked by us, one even took the menus from the ppl next to us as she took their order. Then she turned and walked the other way. We didn’t even have menus yet. We got up and left.

We entered the table area outside and 8 of the open tables were all dirty and full of precious customers drinks/food Took hour for appetizers and another 30 mins for food. Not good enough, waitresses work hard but kitchen clearly needs improvement

Our server was amazing and by no way represented of the 1 star rating. The problem was it took over 40mins for our food to come up and we then had to get it to go because the kids were losing it. Then when we got home we weren't given everything we ordered. Very disappointing because we usually visit here at least once during our yearly trip to boji.

Went to Ritz right at noon when they opened. Left 2 hours later without getting our lunch. Waitress not at fault for kitchen issues, however, after delivering first round of drinks she never checked back with us for more drinks, refill water, or even an apology or ETA on food. I understand seasonal staffing but I also understand customer service and how much that can change customer perception of issues.
