The food was amazing, drinks were top-notch, and the service was 10 stars!!! The owner and his wife were the nicest, down to earth people. My husband and I are only in town for 3 days and we went there twice. The loaded quesadillas are a MUST have. The Bloody Mary was also loaded and made perfectly.

The building needs upgrades. The bathrooms are small, and very beat up, and the line backs up to the kitchen area. The deck stairs and docks need work.
Wheelchair accessibility: Limited mobility areas for wheelchairs. The tables are very close together and the hallway to the bathrooms has tons of beer cases in the way, making it narrow.

I had the best experience there yesterday getting pizza. My waitress Casie was amazing and made the experience over the top. Definitely will be back specifically because of how great Casie was!

A little over priced but decent. Our pretzel and cheese dip came out cold. We also ordered a St. Marteen pizza. The crust was very thick and made it really doughy. Not bad but I prefer slightly thinner. The drinks were good but since the menus have no prices we had to wait to find out they were $20&$25. That was for the smaller drink size. Be prepared to spend money if you are drinking.
Loved that they had live music but it was really loud. Hard to hear the server which was standing right next to me. It was a point and order situation. Be ready to stay a while and it takes a long time to get everything. We normally spend 45min in a location and stayed here an hour and half because that is how long it took to get our items.

I never leave reviews and leaving one for the Ritz because our time there was that bad. We were waiting for our food for an hour and a half with no updates as to what was taking so long. Food was mediocre and came out differently than we ordered. Service was equally as disappointing. Only redeeming quality was the lake view but it wasn’t enough to save our experience. Would not recommend.

We drove 3 hours to Okoboji and stopped to have a drink by the lake yesterday around 3:30. The young dark haired girl working behind the bar heard us debating on sitting outside and we decided to just order a drink at the bar since she had no customers at all then go outside. The bartender directed us outside instead of getting our drink order so we sat outside for 15 min with the servers passing by, not even greeting us or taking our order so we just got up and left. I’ve never been there before but won’t be going back and recommending friends do not go there unless they want horrible service and a waste of their time.

We met friends there who had been raving about the pizza. We tried the pizza with the cauliflower crust, and it was excellent! We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the weather when we were there. It was packed, but we were able to find a table and a spot with our 2 dogs, which they were very welcoming. The waitress knew our friends and she was a lot of fun. I couldn't decide what I wanted to drink, but she was very helpful and patient, even though she was running her rear end off. I wish I would have caught her name because I would definitely give her a shout-out. We will definitely be going back.

If we could rate this less than a 1 star, I would. Drinks were absolutely horrible and the service from the server and the "manager" was absolutely terrible. Not only was the manager very rude, she treated us as if we were not welcome. 4 people in our party ordered mules and/or margaritas and when they were so terrible that we refused to drink them, she rudely came to our table and said she 'would NOT remove them from our bill because it says right in the menu what is in them". We did inform her that as that is true, that's not the issue. The issue was that they were terrible and taste like straight sweet nd sour mix. After we were stern that we would not drink the beverage and it isn't right we pay for something that was their mistake, she very rudely said she would remove them but it would never happen again. Our server never offered to have the drinks remade or anything nor did the manager until we argued our case that it wasnt right. After that, our server NOT ONCE checked on us to see how things were or if we needed anything else.
Food: Any fryer food we ordered was extremely over cooked or majorly undercooked, no happy medium. Add ons are 1$. A member of our party got onions, 2.5 rings of a small onion for 1$? Insane!
Thank the heavens the atmosphere from other customers was great because we waited an hr nd a half for our food.
Don't worry, we won't be back or will we ever recommend anyone here.

Great pizza, great service, and decent prices. Wonderful place and we will stop again when in the area. We had the Jake pizza and it was geed sized, well appointed with toppings and delicious.

Food, drinks and atmosphere are awesome. Service and service recovery sucked, at least tonight. Ordered drinks, 2 appetizers and 4 kids meals at the first chance we got because they were super busy, as expected for this time of year. My mother and I ordered our food the next chance our waitress checked on us, probably 10 minutes or so. Again, atmosphere and food/drinks so far were great. All 4 kids got their food, appetizers came and things were wonderful. Then we were made to wait an hour and a half for 1 pulled pork sandwich with fries and 1 bowl of French onion soup. By the time my and my mother's food arrived, all 4 kids had long finished their food and were ready to leave and running around the deck and causing a disturbance to other diners (7 and 8 year old boys). I didn't feel we had time to eat our food and was just ready to leave at this point. We also had multiple groups of people ask us to leave so they could have our table. Also, we had already boxed up our kids' leftovers because other servers/busboys thought we were done. When we finally received our food, I told our waitress we needed it to go. In retrospect, I wasn't very happy as I was pretty stressed and probably came off quite rude, and for that I would apologize; however, when she came back with more boxes, I told her she could keep my food and I didn't want to be charged for it, i just wanted to go. I was referring only to the pulled pork sandwich, not the entire table. I don't usually raise a stink but I felt that our food was simple and the wait was excessive, even with as busy as they were. I'm fine waiting for good food, but a pulled pork sandwich and a bowel of soup shouldnt ever take 90 minutes! She argued with me, I said whatever, paid the entire bill and did not leave a tip. Again, not my finest moment in retrospect, but having worked in service recovery myself, she did not even attempt to understand why I was so frustrated. Bad experience, not a bad place to eat.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend, worse service and food I have had in a really long time. Cold food after waiting 1 1/2, tables were leaving before our food arrived. Spoke to manager and she just made excuses, not even an apology.
