The carpet was so dirty that we thought we were walking on gum,our shoes was sticking to the carpet. Didn't see cook using gloves while cooking and saw him handling money while cooking..We try new places and this one is definitely a POOR CHOICE!!

This was the single worst dining experience of my entire life. The only thing worse than the food was the service. We arrived at shortly after 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning (Mother's Day) so we expected the place to be busy. After 45 minutes our drink orders were finally taken (coffee and water for 5 people). 15 minutes later we received half of our drink order, just coffee, no waters. At the same time we received our coffe we placed our food orders. The coffee was terrible, so bad that none of th five of us finished our first and only cup as we weren't offered refills anyway. Throughout the hour plus that we had been there at this point some random customer was clearing and wiping tables as people were leaving. We watched as three tables were seated long after we arrived and were served food before we were. At about an hour and a half we received our food. My pancakes were cold, so cold that they wouldn't melt the frozen scoop of butter that was placed on top of them. My hashbrowns (overcooked) were also cold and the shredded cheese placed on top showed zero sign of any attempt to melt it and they didn't add the onions that I ordered either. My vegetable omelet was at least slightly warm, overcooked and absolutely tasteless but above room temperature. About halfway through our meal a small pitcher of water and four glasses (neither enough for five people) arrived. To add insult to injury they lost our ticket when it was time to pay. A nice young waiter (not our waitress) came to our table and stated that it was very unprofessional but he needed to take our orders again so that he could tabulate our bill. He took the information from us and went back to the cash register where he spoke with our waitress. At this time she then came to our table and stated that "they" tore up her ticket and she needed our order AGAIN, yes a THIRD time. At this point I don't what to say other than the single worst dining experience of my life.

Went for breakfast on a Sunday. My food was good but my friend got hashbrowns and there was hardly any on her plate & they were very crispy. When a bite was taken all you could taste was burnt grease & dirty grill.Plus 7 people came in after us & they all got their food way before us. And the price was out ravenous! $32 for 2 breakfasts. Plus the waiter never came to see if we needed anything & had to go to counter to ask for a to go box & the bill. The food & service has always been good here before.
This place is never open when I visit. Noon, 2pm, 6pm always closed despite their posted hours saying they're open. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location. Use to be my favorite place

Even though it was busy, there were plenty of tables.Our server was friendly, helpful, served us quickly, then let us converse without interruption. I liked it because the food was good and there weren't constant interruptions for this and that..

When you see someone walking up to the door and you’re deciding to close early, maybe better to pop the door open and give a quick “sorry we’re closing!” instead of just turning off the open sign in front of us and walking away. Awkward.
