I had paid $15.29 with my debit card and I got one biscuit and 5 baby chicken stripe that weren't even an inch long and completely dried out and over cooked. And I went back up and asked for the manager and she's was extremely rude didn't know what she was doing gave me my money back in cash not back on the card like it was supposed to be and didn't give me all of my $15.29 back either. She still charged me for a bite of a chicken. Also my mom got a nacho belgrande and there wasn't any meat on it it was just refried beams chips and cheese. Also before we left they brought out a new batch of bigger strips and was in the kitchen laughing at what they did.

Don't use the KFC app! I ordered they said 25 minutes for a pot pie I canceled and a day later still trying to get my money back. no food took money!!

I waited 25 min for 2 chicken chalupas. The girl taking my order didn't know how to put it in. They kept calling numbers & no one had that number. A lot of yelling and confusion. It was ridiculous! Drive thru was so backed up people in the parking lot couldn't even leave!!

It's over priced for what you get. I think there chicken pieces were on a diet so small our family of 4 was still hungry after I spent 40.00 there

I only order breast pieces, and these were the smallest toughest pieces I've ever had. Obviously cooked a long time ago, not fresh at all.

I choked them down anyway, because I'm out of town and I made a bad choice.... but when I got to my coleslaw.....(retch).

KFC Coleslaw is one of my guilty pleasures.... it's absolute garbage and I'm a big fan.

Something was very wrong with this coleslaw. It tasted like it had gone bad.

It was all of 15 minutes since I left with my food..... the young lady saw I had returned with food and immediately called the older woman (who took my order). I explained my disappointment and what I got was "well whataya want?" I had already said I wanted a return for the coleslaw... as I had obviously eaten the chicken.

Expressions of the staff said they deal with this often. What a dump.

Cashier refused to take a to go order in lobby. Lobby only for a person in pick up on-line orders. When going through drive-thru, Cashier only interested in up charging or rounding up$ amount not in verification of order

Had a whole book about it. Avoid the disappointment & headache. Good customer service is gone here. Do yourself & and your family a favor & head towards Des Moine. The other KFC employees are definitely friendlier.
