KFC Coleslaw is one of my guilty pleasures.... it's absolute garbage and I'm a big fan.
Something was very wrong with this coleslaw. It tasted like it had gone bad.
It was all of 15 minutes since I left with my food..... the young lady saw I had returned with food and immediately called the older woman (who took my order). I explained my disappointment and what I got was "well whataya want?" I had already said I wanted a return for the coleslaw... as I had obviously eaten the chicken.
Expressions of the staff said they deal with this often. What a dump.

Cashier refused to take a to go order in lobby. Lobby only for a person in pick up on-line orders. When going through drive-thru, Cashier only interested in up charging or rounding up$ amount not in verification of order

Always good food. I hate the drive-through wait, but it's worth it!
Had a whole book about it. Avoid the disappointment & headache. Good customer service is gone here. Do yourself & and your family a favor & head towards Des Moine. The other KFC employees are definitely friendlier.
Be prepared to wait, if you go through the drive up. About 20+ minute wait for 8 piece meal, and a KFC bowl. And it was 6:02 pm in my ticket. No one (customers) were standing at the counter. So it wasn't packed, inside.

We got the taco bell and ate there. Got the $20 KFC meal to take home. The corn was brown and tasteless and old, The slaw was dry and tasteless, The chicken was tasteless, and no breast, the biscuits were dry, and the Mac and cheese was tasteless. Not to mention the sides where for one person. I was feeding 2. I will never make that mistake again. Do not recommend this rip off!!

I thought you got a breast with a 3 piece dinner but I got two thighs and a drumstick. Very small side of potatoes. Tasted good though
