Could not get a quarter pounder (onion recall) so I got a couple of cheeseburgers, they were really chewy as was the buns, tested like they were in the heating tray for a couple of days. The people were extremely nice and the restaurant was very clean. I usually get good food here I guess it was a bad day to go there.

Placed mobile order...For the second time in a week, they lost my order.. Waited in the pickup window for 15 minutes. They tried to give me 2 big macs..After 2 staff asked what I ordered did I receive it....Fries and nuggets were cold. Had an oreo McFlurry given to me at the first window, which I ordered. It was melted.

Usually do alright with service until they're put into a rush. Waited 35 minutes after ordering for our food as 10+ vehicles got their order and took off around us. Offering $15 an hour? Probably should prove you deserve that first. Then order was still wrong and food was cold after.
