Always slow and the food is usually cold and slopped together. Been told every time they are waiting on fries. So I typically wait 8 to 10 minutes and the fries are cold every damn time! Let's be honest, you don't go to McDonald's because the food is good. It's a convenience when your in a hurry.

Wonderful wonderful people. They care for and hire a certain percentage of members of our community that could otherwise have difficulty finding employment and training. (Autism and such) They run an efficient, tasty and fast restaurant. I’ve always had a great experience visiting this location.

Drive thru worker was rude they didn't put 3 separate orders in separate bags and food was made wrong burgers were supposed to be meat and cheese they had everything on them overall very lazy employees

I was missing 1 cheese burger and the fries(3 orders) were not only cold but hard!
Can’t ever get an order right even if repeated to them.

I used to like going to McDonald’s. Now they think you have to use a kiosk or have an app on your phone. They don’t even have a menu above the cash register anymore. I had the app on my phone for a while. Every time I go to use it it didn’t work had to reload all my passwords. Then if I didn’t go often enough, my points were disappeared so you got no discount. What a waste of time.

Took 30 minutes to get my food after I ordered and paid. I thought it was fast food guess not. Watched 2 employees walk around laughing and having a good time while distracting other employees instead of doing there job. An older gentleman needed help at the kiosk and they didn’t help he stood there for a good 10 min. so I stepped in and helped him. By the time my food came my shake was melted. And when I opened the bag there was barely any fries and they were cold. Service as really gone down hill.
