Really disappointed with this location as of late. Ordered an XL hot vanilla latte with an extra shot, and right from the first sip I got coffee grounds. Next, little to no vanilla flavoring. If I’d have ordered a latte with an extra shot it was good, minus the coffee grounds, but I wanted vanilla and it was nonexistent. I must say, the employees are very nice and have no complaints about their friendliness. No other Scooters that I’ve been in Iowa has this little of flavor though.

This might actually be the worst Scooters that I have ever been to. I get my drink right...maybe 10% of the time. I have given feedback through the app numerous times. When I'm forced to come here because I'm in town visiting family, the employees are generally messing around. I understand having fun at work, but when the line is constantly around the building because of how slow the service is, maybe there should be better management of the staff to help them focus. Especially when the drinks aren't accurate most of the time even with the slow service.

Best coffee shop in town! After years of not being able to enjoy iced coffee due to health issues, I get scooters as often as I can. The everything bagel sandwich is delicious and I'm always excited to see what the new coffee flavor of the month is!

Was very pleased with the Red Bull drink that I had Ordered from here! Quite tasty, although the breakfast burrito I ordered was very subpar. Not sure what exactly I was expecting from a coffee of this size. But, the burrito tasted very processed and like it had just been nuked in a Microwave. I was left hungry and was given no choice but to feed myself again.

Great nice workers. Online is shows sugar free options like smoothies, but at the window they said they can only offer sugar free like vanilla/ caramel. Still clean exterior and kind employees. I don’t get coffee here….. I’ve not tried the drinks here… other reviews are bad… but my kid enjoys the little donuts

This location has literally one person that is competent. The rest either don’t repeat your order back to you to verify accuracy or when they do, they don’t repeat it back correctly and then they get an attitude when you correct them. When you pull up to the window they stand there with their back to you while you’re waiting to pay and completely ignore you. This is the WORSE place to go to. The are incompetent despite the fact that they make $15/hr which is more than the Scooters in Harlan pays. Harlan is much more competent and seem like they care about their customers. Atlantic Scooters has a serious failure to follow instructions and get your order wrong more often than McDonald’s.
