El Adobe is a wonderful little restaurant in a small town, offering a diverse menu with dishes like burgers, fries, tenderloins, burritos, tacos, Mexican and Italian dishes. The owner provides excellent service, with tasty chimichangas and delicious Santa Fe Chicken. The staff is top-notch and the food quality is great, even during busy times. A family favorite spot with a cozy, locally owned feel, El Adobe is a 5-star experience worth revisiting. The chicken quesadilla plate is perfectly done, and the enchiladas are great. They also serve some Italian dishes. The carne asada fries were absolutely amazing, so much flavor in just the steak alone mixed perfectly with the rest of the food. They serve large and tasty margaritas.
