I took my grandson to get a sandwich and saw they had Pretzels so I ordered 1. I took it to go, got home 5 minutes top. IT WAS SO HARD I COULD NOT EAT IT. I don't know how it was heated but tasted like in the microwave a minute or 2 too long. Will NOT ORDER another.Wheelchair accessibility: So if I leave a negative review means I can't post?

Hi all, can't help but give a shout out to Subway and staff. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of this place, ( you can see from my picture how clean the glass was, as you can't see it in my picture). The glass was impeccable and all the food looked fresh and inviting. As some of you know, my review of the Atlantic Subway was not favorable at all. My advice, drive the twenty-or-so miles and eat in a clean, welcoming atmosphere with wonderful and happy staff. Oh, the conversation was great as well and she greeted me the moment I walked in the door . Well done and I'll be seeing this place again.. kudos

Shaley always has a smile on her face and is super nice when making our sandwiches. She helps us with any questions we may have. Lobby is clean, service is quick, overall a wonderful experience!

Went to Subway Audubon on Google and saw the mention of a buy one get one free offer so we planned that for lunch today. My wife drove to town and when finished with errands tried to order the footlongs and get the BOGO offer only to find out that Subway Audubon is NOT participating in the offer. Once again finding out the hard way that if we want/need anything just go to Carroll or Atlantic or Harlan or Guthrie Center because Audubon has almost nothing to offer.Parking: Difficult access and tight parking. Not worth the effort. Go somewhere else!

Food was good but the male employee I assume was the manager was very rude to the employee working its no wonder they can't get help he should be fired if he was the owner he neeeds to sell it to someone who knows how to conduct themselves. He was very shameful.

It's subway, I mean if you're not happy with your sandwich it's probably because you asked for whatever is on it.I am giving 3 stars because after eating one day I gave a low review because it wasn't up to par with what we usually get and the owner decided to call my personal cell phone. He then proceeded to tell me my sandwiches were made perfect because he had just watched video of them being made. I feel that's a wee bit too much. I understand making your customers happy but I feel this is a bit over the top.

It's about a 50/50 chance that your sandwich will be made correctly when ordering online. Today, one sandwich was perfect, while the other one was missing 3 ingredients. Recommendation: DON'T ORDER ONLINE FOR THIS LOCATION.
