Purchased a Prime Rib for the Holidays this year. Our family agreed that it was the best prime rib we had ever eaten. Very tender and delicious! Will definitely buy another one in the future!
My boyfriend loves the beef jerkey. I picked up some with habinero pepper and cheese in them, and he really loved that. He likes spicy stuff, so he really enjoyed it. Picked up some of the frozen smoked items to try. So far everything has been pretty good.
We have done business with them for years and its the best summer sausage, jerky, etc., around. The smoked turkey is over the top. We process our beef with them as well and their knowledge, helpfulness and integrity makes it a pleasure to do business with them!
