I loved the way they greeted us and gave us time to decide what we wanted. They had our food done in less than 10 minutes. They had an amazingly clean environment and had everything we needed. I really recommend Ice House Drive-in!

We were in town for an event at the school and stopped by Ice House for a quick bite to eat. It was clear that this was a town favorite as they had a constant stream of people through the drive thru and in the restaurant but they operated like a well oiled machine! The staff was helpful and patient despite being busy, everyone had a smile and the food was great. We had burgers and fries that were wonderful and ended it with a banana split. My son loved that he was able to pick other flavors for the banana split (or could have kept traditional of course). Overall, it was a great experience - definitely recommend stopping here!

THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PLACES LIKE THIS. A coworker suggested I take a road trip from Cedar Rapids to an incredible ice cream place in Belle Plaine, Iowa. This place is a hidden gem in wonderful small town USA. Reminiscent of a good old fashioned drive in. Simple menu: burgers, fries, dogs and ice cream. Very friendly staff, quick service and great food at an unbeatable price.
