Incredibly disappointed with the staff, kylee- she was incredibly rude. I've never even stepped foot in a subway, so I didn't now the protocol. She spoke down to me like I was the dirt between her toes.o tried to explain my situation but she wasn't having it. She made me feel so uncomfortable I had a small anxiety attack in the car and will have to travel to a different location if I want to figure out what subway tastes like. It was humiliating. Kylee B was all I could figure out- dark long brown hair. Can't remember if I was single belmond or Garner, was a super busy traveling day- I was just heading through going north to family up in Rochester.

My first visit and they women there were miserable, they were not friendly or have any knowledge of customer service. All of them looked mean and never once smiled. That’s just not how to interact with customers

Order subways 4 subways and all the lettuce was brown and tasted bad idk why employees don’t throw that away and put fresh lettuce.
