Place used to be good, last night was horrible. Just looks and feels like nobody cares. From half the menu not being available to what was available being terrible (really, a sandwich on the menu says onions and green peppers meat and au just and there's only a little crazy dry meat, ketchup bottles are completely empty and it's 7 pm on a Friday night)...just sad.
This was our first time eating here. We drove down from Nebraska today to go exploring and see the covered bridges of Madison County and found the Hitchin’ Post to eat dinner! Great atmosphere, friendly people and awesome service and food! Thanks so much Hitchin’ Post Grill! If your in the area, it’s a definite stop for great food and service! Give it a try you will not be disappointed!
