A unique and quality spin on traditional Mexican food. The flavors you expect with a higher than average plate presentation. The portions are very generous, the price is still reasonable and the variety is excellent. They also have a lunch buffet which I have not tries yet but looks decent. I usually go with the Enchiladas or Burritos which have always been very good. The staff is extremely friendly, expeditious and happy to serve. The atmosphere (decor) sets it apart...
We were here weekly before we moved to Waukee and now we make special trips when we are craving Mexican. This place never ever disappoints! The staff is extremely kind, respectful, and still remembers us when we come. The food is absolutely amazing, hot, never greasy, and comes out pretty fast. We highly recommend you try their Moscow mules too! We have been to countless places, but this one always stays #1!
We stopped here for dinner after the Rail Explorer experience and enjoyed a delicious meal. They gave us so much food we could only eat half but it was good. Friendly staff. Would return if ever in the area again.
