It seems like every time you go into their lobby to order food, you never get the drink that you ordered. You always have to tell the worker that you had a drink cup with your order as well. Not sure how hard it is to read off of a tag or a screen, but the consistency of not getting your drink is almost impressive. Maybe if they weren't so focused on clearing their screens to cheat their performance numbers based on their actual level of service, they'd remember to include the drink you ordered.

Order is almost always messed up. We typically order and eat at the restaurant so we can at least get it fixed right away. However, make the mistake of ordering in drive thru and going home to eat, then you are screwed. I have tried calling and speaking with the manager about the last large drive thru order they messed up and she is never available and does not return phone calls. I’ve tried talking to her in person and she is never available and the shift mangers tell me verbatim “there is nothing we can do for you, it’s not our problem to fix” which is weird since they are a shift manager at the place that messed up a $70 order.

You can tell this is a fairly new McDonald's but it's not up to standards. I managed restaurants for years and they really need to be cleaning more. The Canadian Bacon on my McMuffin was old and tastes off. I hope I don't get sick. I only took one bite of it. The ketchup dispenser hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a piece of a napkin stuck to one of the spigots. Disappointed and grossed out. I took pictures

Took this while I was still in the drive thru. Waited forever for a sandwich and a drink. Got a medium in a large cup but paid for large. Asked if I could get it filled and refused. Couldn’t even get my receipt. Do yourself a favor drive the extra 15 minutes to Ames. You’ll get better service and food that’s half way decent. Oh and a full drink.

I was pretty sure McDonalds changed breakfast times, extending them by an hour. I go to this location, not just for breakfast and there is ALWAYS a problem. Today it was no breakfast 5 minutes after it was ‘done being served.’ The pure lazy is getting annoying.

I’m furious about the way I was treated when I and my friend stopped at McDonald’s in Boone iowa!!!! Our order was handed to us pretty quickly. Walked 10 feet if that to table and pulled our order out and was missing my friends med fry ! I went straight back to counter and very nicely said we did not get our med fry . And the young boy goes off and says “I packed that order myself I know I put both FF in there”. I said come look it’s not there. I even went to double check to see if we are both blind nope. And it’s on the receipt!! He pretty much called me liar and very rudely shoved ff in my hands!!!! I am just beside myself !! Chris is his name long black curly hair and Manager was Eric! Actually no one was running the shift at all!!!

Need some actual ADULTS on the night shift. The days shift is amazing. Night shift managers are irresponsible and don't take accountability for awful service none the less waiting 30 minutes for a order cause they play around. If I owned the place I'd be embarrassed.
