First time to this pizza ranch, which even has a kids arcade!!! The staff was super friendly and made us up 3 different dessert pizzas. Great food and atmosphere

I had delivery. It was 30 minutes late. It as very cold. Driver did not follow directions.
They want over $18 for a buffet, and then added a fee to use my debit card (which I think is illegal). The pizzas were not good and had been sitting out for a while before I got there and had never been replaced while I was there. The arcade is not an actual arcade, it's just redemption (ticket) games and crane machines that only have enough strength to grab a prize 1 out of 12 times. I drive around Iowa often and usually can't go wrong with Pizza Ranch, but over time the bang for the buck has gotten much worse. There are many better places with much better food for $18. 2 stars because the chicken is great.

We were there 45 mins. Got there at 1115. They only had a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks out. All other buffet tables were full. But never added more pizza my daughter was kinda sad. Personally just don't waste your time!

The person that was to be taking orders was too busy talking that the manager had to do it. We asked if they was going to put out more pizzas at 5:52 and they said no its too late. Everything tasted gross and the only good thing about there is the fun zone.
