The staff tried their best to refresh a very tired salad bar and when that didn't work they adjusted our bill with no problems. We arrived about 7pm on a Tuesday (11/11) for three senior buffet dinners. The four containers of greens were either empty, had slimy spinach or brown iceberg lettuce and the other had chicken in it. I'm a vegetarian so the best part of Pizza Ranch is typically their salad bar. They immediately refreshed the greens when I brought it to their attention. Unfortunately the spinach was wet, stuck together, and still slimy. At this point I asked if I could change my order from buffet to just a pizza. They did that without batting an eye. They went way out of their way to appease a grumpy old woman and I really appreciate that. The pizza was delicious.
Buffet style restaurant. Food was good. I think it would have been better during peak times of day. The Fun Zone was great. Staff was great.

Wife and I stopped by on their Thursday Wing Night to see what it was all about. We arrived shortly before 4:00 and it was nice and quiet, pretty clean for the most part (greasy hand prints on the windows) Salad bar was reasonably fresh, food was hot. On the other hand, there was only one pizza set out with some breadstick things. The pizza was ok, but not worth eating more than one piece. The mash potatoes and gravy was the usual box stuff (bland and no flavor) and the veggies (corn and green beans) was not of a high quality and flavor. So pretty much disappointing all around.
The chicken was good, hot but the wings were a major let down. Nothing like the pictures. The boneless wings were really nasty. Tasted like something from the big box store down the street.
We both wondered if the Manager or the people preparing this stuff ever actually tasted any of it, and if they do, do they say to themselves "We can do better"
We wanted to find out about the wing night, now we know. We won't be going back. They really need to up their game if they want locals to keep coming back and not rely on customers that are just passing through.
(Oh, and the ice cream had a slight smell of cleaning products and you could taste it.)
