Food was excellent. Had the sloppy joe and breaded mushrooms. Drinks were perfect. Gin and tonic and bloody mary. The atmosphere was awesome. Played pool and darts. Overall had a great time.
Laid back small town bar. Very expansive food menu. Everyone is very friendly. Bob, Dani and staff have all been very pleasant. I visit often now that its under new management. You should too! 💯
If you're in Brandon, Iowa and hankering for more than just vending machine snacks, you need to go to Phat's Pub & Grub. We heard the place is under new management, and they seem to be doing well. My boyfriend and I stopped here for an early dinner after walking into town on the Cedar Valley Nature Trail. I got the appetizer combo - I liked that you can pay $15 and pick three different appetizers, and it was enough for a meal, or to share. My boyfriend got the chicken...
