3 star on the service, because the cashier was helpful when I asked about pizza. Kitchen staff 1 star., Locked eyes with a few workers, and they definitely gave me an awkward stare like I.... DIDN'T BELONG IN THAT STORE. BUT MY MONEY IS JUST AS GOOD AS THE NEXT PERSON YES I BELONG :) DEFINITELY THE ENGERY SHIFTED WHEN I STEPPED INTO THE STORE LOL TOTALLY FINE at least my cashier was nice and helped me........

For every order I and my family have done for this one Casey's, they have always messed up the pizza order. When we order a Breakfast Pizza; for some reason either they forget to add 1-2 toppings on there that are apart of the order or requested add-ons, don't add the right sauce or make a entirely different pizza for the order. The waiting time as well has been 45 minutes which does not take that long, especially when no one else is ordering at Casey's at that time/day. Additionally, all of their warmer foods have been expired but still being put out which is disgusting.

Donuts haven't had the best selection, there's alot of extra toppings on all the donuts. An there alot of extras for the same donut, example half chocolate half coffee with sprinkles not just 1 but like 6 .... can we just get some regular glaze on a couple of cake donuts, not just the big yeast ones
Sorry to write a review but some of the selection is to much. And people don't listen unless your rude an I don't like to be lol
Don't eat anything from the warmer. They don't throw things out and will sell food that's been in there for five hours+.

By far worst Casey’s I’ve visited
Friendly staff and good pizza
Day staff is very friendly and food selection is better. Evening staff is not always friendly and if there's food in the warmer, it's usually over done/hard. Baked goods are always a good choice. Store is clean.

Me and my brother ordered $60 worth of food yesterday. 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, wings and shareable brownie bites. One pizza was completely messed up, the wings were flavorless with wrong sauces. We ordered ranch, got garlic parmesan. They called to say they didn't have to pizza toppings he wanted and fixed that. Didn't bother saying they didn't have the brownie bites. We got 1 cup marinara sauce and a 2nd cup with a literal squirt for a family size cheese stick. When we called and complained, they wanted to be jerks and argue. We're really disappointed in this location. Especially since we had a distance to drive, and had to do it twice and still didn't get what we paid for.
It's bad enough that they don't open till 6 send most of the people that like to stop and get food on the way to work start at 6 or earlier. On top of that I walk in the store at 6:15 and every warmer is empty, as well as half of the cooler. They hadn't even tried making anything.
Night shift people are very rude. Went to order 4 pizzas asked for the order to be read back to make sure that the everything was correct. I got told that they didn't have time for this. I asked for a manager and they don't have one on night shift. They didn't have time again to go over the order so ended up canceling. I understand it gets busy I have worked at a Casey's but I always made sure my customers were cared for and got what they needed. I NEVER EVER told a customer I was to busy. It only takes a couple seconds to read it back.

SANDRA - I called trying to replace a certain type of gift card. I told Sandra on the phone that I was looking for a white Casey's gift card. At first she told me that they had it, so I said "great you have the white one?" Then she told me no. I was confused so I asked her again, then she stated it was store policy that she couldn't tell me on the phone. I explained to her that I did not live nearby and that if she could get me to anyone else or her manager. I was pleading a little bit with her. She then said to me "go ahead and cry" I then asked her to give me to the manager and she said Nope and hung up.I then drove to the store to talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager and to Sandra. When Sandra was asked by the manager if she had said "Go ahead and cry" Sandra said yup so matter of fact. I then told Sandra she can't talk to me like that on the phone, and then she said she thought I was a scammer. I said I asked you to give me to someone else and you told me to cry and Sandra gave me several backhanded apologies. Saying stuff like "I'm so sorry but you were acting hysterical", "you kind of acted like a scammer"Every time I tried to talk, Sandra spoke over me. She would say "Yeah you were doing this that's why I said that" I'm in disbelief. No one apologized to me. The manager barely acknowledged it. Sandra started talking about me in front the the manager when I was trying to explain to her that I was upset by her words.I'm disgusted by this Casey's. Do better.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Sick of always waiting twice as long as estimated wait time(go in the time it says to, then it's not even started). Not even a lot of tickets, just staff that doesn't care. We keep going because kids request it obviously, but it's getting a bit ridiculous.6 months later- Still continue to have issues. Cheese stick recipe change is great, but pizza undercooked tonight. How do you mess up how long a pizza goes through the oven?! I just wish they would find some staff that cares. Even stood at the register waiting for a few minutes while 2 cashiers just sat and talked(yes, they saw me). Also had the same issue of going in 10 minutes after anticipated time and it hasn't even gone in the oven.
Amazing customer service! That’s just the tip of the iceberg! There food is outstanding! No matter if you grab from the Warner or cooler case everything is tasty! Ordering for pickup, you can never go wrong. I drive out of my way to take my business here!
O stars. When they have pepperoni pizza at lunch, the darn card reader doesn't work. Never have can Pepsi stocked and a person only has so many minutes for break. I will stop going there altogether. Waste of time and energy. Casey's in general is a no go for me anymore. Very much lost their customers service. and this customer
I've stopped at this gas station a few times on a long drive. I've never had bad pizza/burgers, the gas pumps always seemed to work ok, and the people working there seemed like they didn't hate their jobs. I'd give this a solid 3. Nothing memorable, that's a good and bad thing. Solid choice for a quick snack and some gas.
