This Denny’s was great! Great service (thank you Diane) great atmosphere, and great food! Definitely not disappointed at all. And the lovely serenading by the cooks in the back was amusing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

You can truly see the passion the new General Manager, Stephanie, brings to this place! Since she’s come on board, everything feels more welcoming and energized. The space is always thoughtfully decorated, and she’s constantly doing things to bring in the local community.
What really stands out is how present and involved she is — she makes a point to come out and talk to guests, and we’ve seen her jump in to help servers, coach cooks, and even handle tough situations with staff or disrespectful customers with total professionalism and grace.
You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the atmosphere, the staff’s attitude, and the overall vibe. Bringing Stephanie on was such a great decision — she’s made a huge difference!

Since Stephanie took over as General Manager, the improvement has been incredible! You can really feel the positive energy, especially in the mornings — the staff are smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there. The whole atmosphere is so much more inviting and upbeat.
Stephanie is always present, checking in, helping out, and leading by example. You can tell she truly cares about both the team and the guests. Bringing her on was a fantastic decision — she's made a huge difference, and it shows every day!

I hadn’t been to the Denny’s in Brooklyn for years because of the poor service and unwelcoming atmosphere. Recently, I heard things had changed and decided to give it another try—and I’m so glad I did!The difference is like night and day, and I have to give huge credit to the new general manager, Stephanie. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the positive shift. Stephanie is incredibly interactive with guests, genuinely welcoming, and sets a tone that clearly motivates her team. The entire morning staff had great energy, were attentive, and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs—which says a lot about her leadership.The place was spotless, the vibe was warm, and everything just felt so much more organized and cared for. It’s obvious that having Stephanie as the manager was a fantastic decision. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Great job to the whole team!

I have been going to Denny's on some Sunday mornings for breakfast, it's about 20 miles away. The food is decent, but Diane is a phenomenal waitress and that is what keeps me coming back.

I was there meeting a friend for coffee. The gm came out and asked if there was a problem with the cook. I said no I didn't come to eat just have coffee. Was informed she would be listening to the audio to listen to the conversation. I don't think that should be allowed at all. Conversation at the tables should be private not for everyone to listen to.
