Wee seem to get stuck using this Subway in our travels. Every time it is slow service and line of customers waiting with only a couple employees slowly working. Go down the road to the next one if you want a better experience.

She didn’t change gloves and she had unwelcoming attitude

The staff is not changing the gloves regularly and the staff he didn’t give me the second rap paper totally it’s not looking hygiene
For a big chain Truckstop, the subway was surprisingly fresh. The bread was big and fluffy, the meat and cheese tasted fresh. My vegetables were great.
This is the first truck stop subway I’ve been into in awhile where I didn’t feel ill afterwards. I actually felt like I had energy afterwards.

They do not accept Subway Rewards... pretty skimpy on the meat amounts
The guy told me they were out of tuna. After I sat down to eat my sandwich I asked the girl why they were out of tuna? The truck didn’t come I asked. She said no there just wasn’t any made and said she could’ve made me some. I said oh. Also she seems to love to talk with the other ladies instead of actually doing their jobs.

Stopped by Subway today and had one of the best experiences ever. Jennie made our meatball sandwich with so much care, and you could really tell she takes pride in her work. She was friendly, quick, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The sandwich was perfect — fresh, well-made, and delicious.

The service was extremely slow, and the sandwich I received was poorly prepared with insufficient ingredients. Both employees were sluggish and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I hope they improve their service.”

The worker we had today Alison, she was the friendliest worker we have ever had at a Subway. Tha ks for being kind. Willingness to talk. Smile on her face. Made our day! Having an employee be nice. Went above and beyond making sure our sandwiches were made they way we like. Sadly they were out of Roast beef. They changed the name from The Beast to 5 Meat. Which also took away double the provolone. Just another way for Subway to make more money. THANK YOU ALISON FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE GREAT!

10 stars for the service this morning 7/26/25 9:55 am. This lady is baking the bread, making sandwiches, cashing out customers by herself and doing it with a smile 😃.
