Brent’s has been loved by many including me. I also love that they have multiple locations but good grief. The Clinton location on manufacturing drive sucks. Of course the drinks still taste amazing, but the customer service sucks. As a longtime customer I have never had to wait in line for 30 minutes before. Brent needs to hire someone other than 13-year old girls out just hire more of them because this is ridiculous.

We are here for our first time and we are so impressed with the customer service and the kindness of your staff. We have been to your other location in DeWitt and have had wonderful experiences there as well! We are excited to try this Comanche location and will definitely return!

The service is amazing..Drive thru or delivery, im always met with a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing these awesome ladies every day. They know my order when even I need to double check the menu to remember what I get. I've tried many other places, and when it comes to service, drink quality, AND affordability, I'll choose Brents every time! Cup quality is just fine. I have yet to spill my drink in my car :)
P.s. Highly recommend the Iced Tazer for caramel lovers :)

Coffee is decent. However, it's been 3 times now that their lids and cups have come apart and spilled all me and my car. Never had an issue at any other establishment. I would recommend they atart using a quality cup and lid.

Chelsey was so friendly and patient taking our order. She made my caramel iced coffee just the way I asked - not too sweet - and I loved the homemade cinnamon roll she recommended, too. Prices are so much better than other coffee chains. Plan to stop here whenever we’re in town!
