Wife stops to pick up food because she's hungry and orders 2 regular roast beef and a chicken cordon bleu combo. Drives home to Arcadia to opens the bag and only my roast beef and her fries in the bag. Four items in the bag and you miss putting in the biggest and most expensive one? This is why people hate fastfood workers and drive thrus. Do better

The beef and cheddar sandwiches we ordered were cold and the bread was stale. He forgot the sauce and when we asked for the sauce, he was not happy that we asked for sauce twice. There was pretty much no cheddar on the sandwich. I’ve had better experiences.

Ordered a beef and cheddar classic got a plain beef sandwich. This happened twice. I will not be back to this restaurant. Asked of Arby's sauce and they acted like I committed a crime. Over charged me. Gave me a cheaper sandwich than what I ordered.

Never had an incorrect order here through drive thru. Like every other Arbys, if you get food before peak times (say 11am or 5pm), the fries aren't the hottest.
Kinda shy on the beef in there sandwiches. And fries were hard & crunchy. Had more ice than I did soda in my drink
