Was disappointed that this “brewery” does not brew any of their own beer. They did have a nice selection of craft beer from other breweries, but it wasn’t what we were looking for at this stop on our journey.

The owner/ owners are terrible people. They seem so giving to your community but where they invested their time and money before hand begs to differ. I personally grew a relationship with this owner and he not only took money as his manager but as a friend! He left me with a ridiculous amount of debt all while he told me he was broke but clearly you all as a community built his business for him!! My debt began January 2022, and August 2022 I had not compensated myself besides the coverage of my rental obligations; which was in our contract. All other compensation/ income requirements were never met! All and any of my purchases I had made for the company were never repaid. ALL IN ALL THESE OWNERS ARE BOGUS, LIARS, THIEVES!!!

Carroll Brewing is one of the best bars in Carroll! Don't hesitate to make a stop!
I spent several hours at the brewery during Ragbrai. Friendly staff, tons of taps. Interestingly none of the staff knew the WiFi password. Carroll brewing had four of the taps in use, regretfully I was pulled toward other offerings.A neat place overall

Love the brewery opened again. Local beers and guest beers for a wide palate options. They also have mixed drinks and pizza. They bring in entertainment and friendly servers.
