I spent several hours at the brewery during Ragbrai. Friendly staff, tons of taps. Interestingly none of the staff knew the WiFi password. Carroll brewing had four of the taps in use, regretfully I was pulled toward other offerings.A neat place overall

FIRST if you brew beer Carroll brewing is looking to HIRE a good- reliable brewer ----- Really neat place. First off the bar area in front of the brewery is very comfortable. They have a lot of iowa brewery beers on tap. I'll have to come back sometime soon. Neat building very mellow football Sunday watching the NFL station.

This establishment is BEAUTIFUL! From the rustic down home feel to the awesome wait staff. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY who likes a GREAT craft beer! Carroll has a winnner!
