My family and I love Culver’s, and it is typically a friendly environment with great food. However a few days ago I went through the drive through to get to some food for my grandkids, and there was a woman sitting on the counter in the drive thru area. Her shoes and whole body were on the counter, it was very unsanitary.

I waited for 20 minutes for one concrete mixer. Never got it. Pretty sure the kid walked right by my table with the ice cream in his hand. I tried to flag him down but he ignored me. I asked about it and nobody said anything to me so I decided to just head home empty handed. Look I love Culvers just as much as the next gig but not getting my ice cream, let me tell ya, that gets a fella hot.

Stopped in for the frozen custard. Soooo good! Place was clean and well staffed and the service was super fast.
Go two burgers two frys couldn't eat , called the restaurant and was told I'd get coupons for bad food but never received any I may not go there again. 35 dollars down the drain!
