They were not busy only 5 table were occupied. I order two children meal and the Swiss mushroom meal. They forgot the kid fries . Which I could over look. But the sandwich was not worth eating, the meat did not fill the bun and only a few mushrooms with a dab of sauce. It was dry and hardly any meat. This was at Culver’s in Carroll.

the lady at the window was rude, she kept sighing at everything we said to order, didn’t tell us the total amount of money we needed, than she slammed the money down on my boyfriends hand and said “pull to the corner” and slammed the window, she didn’t say anything like welcome, thank you, sighed when we asked for ranch, and she was just overall rides about everything when we went to drive thru to order, we always come here for food, never have a problem here until now. Just wow.

Double cheeseburger was delicious. Drive through order was missing the shake ordered. The young man hurried back in and got it. As we opened the bag in his absence, we realized there weren't any napkins just as he came back. He quickly went back and got napkins. He gets the 5star!
Buddy asked why the ice wasn't working (he was pushing on the ice sign) and an employee deadass said push harder
How can you get more chill than that

This was my first time at a Culvers. Everything was Fresh, Hot and Delicious. The place was very clean and everyone there served with a smile!
Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed right away the handicapped parking. I cared for my mom for 11 years and that became a necessity. Not every business thinks of those who are disabled!

My friend came to Carroll from Audubon to have dinner at Culver's. Very disappointing!
Burgers and fries were cold and flies all around us. The cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted.
