Most authentic Chinese food I've tasted anywhere. Abby and her staff are the best. Our little city is lucky to have the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The shrimp in lobster sauce is amazing. You get jumbo shrimp filled to the brim. The shrimp fried rice also comes with jumbo shrimp in every spoonful. The egg drop soup and hot and sour soups are my favorite. I always get both. The fried won tons are full of delicious cream cheese filling too.

Top tier, if you're in Carroll definitely the place to be. Granted I just poured concrete for 10 hours so anything would be good. However I frequent a lot of restaurants. That's what construction workers do. This one however was very delicious and the service was amazing. I will definitely be back!
On a scale of 1-5, Hunan deserves an 8!!! We arrived close to closing time and ordered a bunch of food just to try it. The BO BO platter was amazing and served in the cutest platter with a cast iron container with a flame in the middle. The portions on our meals were generous, the sauces were perhaps the best I've ever had, and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even though they stayed open late for us.
