Max gave us an outstanding tour of the distillery. It’s evident that ILR takes great pride in providing a superior product. All of the rye is grown locally & the whisky produced right there on site. Why isn’t it called whisky? Because there are no additives or chemicals bogging down this original 1931 prohibition whisky. They offer several varieties from red to black to gold.
