Ordered 3 McDouble meals in drive thru. Guy asks what sauce for the nuggets. Told him sweet and sour. Got to pay window, he double checked again. We said sweet and sour a second time. Got to pickup window, was handed bag, drove home. No sauce in bag at all. Checked receipt, its on there plain as day the sauce we requested. This i why I dont eat here much. They're more concerned with getting you out of drive thru than they are checking the accuracy of orders.
cold sandwich, not fast food, took over 15 minutes, incomplete order, upset stomach overnight. Just add it to the list of places I will never eat again!
My son & I waited for our food in an EMPTY restaurant for over 20 minutes! I finally went to ask & they had it sitting on the counter in a to go bag, even though it was a Dine In order. When I mentioned we had been waiting, the staff did not apologize & said they don't put food on trays & they call out the orders. I told her no one called out the order. Again, no apology.
