It dosnt matter what you order there will be something wrong, if you order no onions they will make sure the box your sandwich comes in is completely full of onions, if you add something to your sandwich such as bacon they will make sure they charge you for it and never put it on your sandwich and you will have to wait littereally untill Jesus returns before your order is up, mostly nightimeish

Never had a problem by tonight I ordered a medium fry and got less than half of what should have been in the container. So, I give a rating of 3 because usually they do great job but they aren't perfect.

Ok, I really hate to give McDonalds a 4 star review, but here we are. I maybe go to McDonalds 2-3 times a year these days and almost always as a last resort. I do not like them.
The food has the potential to be OK to good, but it is usually barely warm and just so disappointing. This is a critique of McDonalds in general, not this McDonalds.
The one time I went to this McDonalds was drive through on Thanksgiving day. We were traveling and needed something quick. I appreciate all the staff that had to work and hope most of you were volunteering for extra pay or something. It sucks to work holidays, I have in the past and get it.
These workers got me the best McDonalds food I have ever had. Even after we drove to where we were going I Carroll, the food was still hot and fresh. Y’all are heroes.

Went to mcdonald's today while being on the drive through the manager is literally bitching at her employees. Didn't get all what I order. I order 2 kids meal 1 with apple slices and apple juice Didn't get the appled juice, 1 with extra fries and Didn't get the extra fries and literally only had 3 fries inside the fries box for the kids meal. They had me pull up to the side and when their carrier brought out the food, he didn't even wanna give me my 2 kids meal that I've order for kiddos how rude. Also the last time i went there which it was 2 weekends ago before heading out of town, I a large fries was eatting not even half way there was a fly inside. What kind of places does that, they're basically not busy when i was there.

I was next in the drive through and watched two people pull up after me to the second lane and both get served before me. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and was told at the window that they were out. I had to pull around to lane one to wait for my food and it took over 30 minutes. After finally getting our food, we left. I handed out food to my kids and boyfriend before realizing that my food wasn't even in the bag.

Didn't get what I ordered, they took my receipt to verify my order, then told me I got the fish sandwich. They didn't even read the receipt, I told them I ordered fish with out cheese and add lettuce. They looked at the receipt again and agreed they gave me the wrong sandwich. When the gave a new sandwich I asked for my receipt back. No one could find the receipt, they lost it. Also was told they couldn't give me another. The second sandwich still had no lettuce and the bun was hard. The whole time we were there they were laughing and carrying on behind the counter, no wonder they can't get order correct and the place is dirty. Soda bar, dining room and the bathrooms were dirty This is the worst service I have had at a McDonalds. Very disappointed.
