How do you rate a place that used to be so wonderful to eat at when you were a young child and young adult and now you wonder how it’s even open!!! This place has gotten so bad!!!! The pizza is over cooked, gross, nothing like WHATVIT SHOULD BE!!!My husband and I got buffet. It was his second time back and he yelled for me to come up to the buffet table. One of the wings they served still have a bunch of feathers on it!!!!! When we left, I told the young man about it and all he could say was yeah they’re cooked in the oven. Wth does that have to do with making sure the feathers are not on it. He just stood there smiling at me. I wished I would have read the reviews before we went because I wouldn’t have. Don’t know how this place is still open. We won’t be going back EVER!!!!

I stopped to pick up a to go order and asked for a little packet of parma cheese. The told me they were out of the little packets but could sell me a bottle of parma. I asked if they could just grab the shaker that was sitting right by the window and shake some on the personal pizza I ordered and the not very bright looking girl got very nasty and said "that's not how it works." I asked for the manager as I have been going to this Hut literally since the day they opened over 50 years ago. I knew the owner well. He's dead now but his family still own it. The "manager" Also a snotty little jerk told me they wouldn't do it either. So I drove away. They somehow charged my card for the pizza I never got. I know good help is hard to find but so are good customers. I have bought thousands of pizza's here and it is the only cafe phone number I have memorized. But I will never be back and do business with these people again.

They mixed my order up and brought me the wrong food and refused to make it right unless I paid for the whole order again. The manager and the employees were very rude and completely unprofessional about it over the phone. I will take my business elsewhere from now on which is sad because we order a LOT of pizza and wings for our church functions.

No lid on pasta so pasta was mixed in with Cinnabons and breadsticks.No dipping sauce or napkins or silverware

We are the only customers sitting in to eat yesterday 8/17 and the server up front was AMAZING till I noticed a random guy who just clocked in and just started making puzzas without GLOVES. So I asked politely and talked to the server and was like "Hey I know your jobs are hard enough, but could you maybe possibly talk to the cooks and ask if they'd wear gloves while making pizzas?" She walked away came back "Yeah they are cna do thank you so much" End of interaction. UNTIL i get up go to the salad bar and grab a small plate at this point I was hesitant but my husband paid for it. I get my plate and happen to just look back into the kitchen and NO-ONE I mean no-one is wearing gloves. At this point I noticed they keep staring at me and when I looked up at them, they either looked down or away and chuckled. I've had enough at this point and the server comes with our pizza.i barley ate my salad and i said outlook I'm done. I said "I had one request an asked politely." No respect at all and honestly I'm just waiting for my family to get sick. They kept touching computer screens.. doors, clothes, their hair. I'm honestly never been so uncomfortable, disappointed and disrespected. I'll be calling corporate about this. Don't expect them to do anything, but worth a try.
