Stopped on are way through town and it was listed open tell 10:00 pm. We walked in a family of 5. We were turned away, it was not even 9:00 on a Saturday night. We told only open for carry out. Wish it would have been listed online and on the door.

Buffet opens at 11, got there 10 minutes later only had a couple of pizzas out which is understandable. Just wish they would do half pizzas of different toppings for more choices. Chicken Alfredo always a Great choice, Cheese sticks and to top it off DESSERT STICKS!!! YUMMY. Service was excellent she even reminded my hubby about the rewards, I didn’t know you could get points on that.

Floor was dirty. Asked about the kids eat free in the menu & waitress was clueless. She told me I had to ask about it when we pay. I told her that determines whether or not we order pizzas for the kids separately. She told me again I would have to ask at checkout instead of her taking the time to ask for us. Food was ok.

Buffet food barely warm and you could taste that it had been out there for awhile. Salad bar was warm. Manager became very defensive.

How do you rate a place that used to be so wonderful to eat at when you were a young child and young adult and now you wonder how it’s even open!!! This place has gotten so bad!!!! The pizza is over cooked, gross, nothing like WHATVIT SHOULD BE!!!My husband and I got buffet. It was his second time back and he yelled for me to come up to the buffet table. One of the wings they served still have a bunch of feathers on it!!!!! When we left, I told the young man about it and all he could say was yeah they’re cooked in the oven. Wth does that have to do with making sure the feathers are not on it. He just stood there smiling at me. I wished I would have read the reviews before we went because I wouldn’t have. Don’t know how this place is still open. We won’t be going back EVER!!!!

Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pizza crust and had veggies, light cheese... very good!
I stopped to pick up a to go order and asked for a little packet of parma cheese. The told me they were out of the little packets but could sell me a bottle of parma. I asked if they could just grab the shaker that was sitting right by the window and shake some on the personal pizza I ordered and the not very bright looking girl got very nasty and said "that's not how it works." I asked for the manager as I have been going to this Hut literally since the day they opened over 50 years ago. I knew the owner well. He's dead now but his family still own it. The "manager" Also a snotty little jerk told me they wouldn't do it either. So I drove away. They somehow charged my card for the pizza I never got. I know good help is hard to find but so are good customers. I have bought thousands of pizza's here and it is the only cafe phone number I have memorized. But I will never be back and do business with these people again.

They mixed my order up and brought me the wrong food and refused to make it right unless I paid for the whole order again. The manager and the employees were very rude and completely unprofessional about it over the phone. I will take my business elsewhere from now on which is sad because we order a LOT of pizza and wings for our church functions.
