Freelancer pit stop: This café is adorable, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. As a former custodian, the first thing that caught my eye was how spotless the place is—clearly a lot of care goes into the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick. We only got lattes, but as a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I can confidently say they were excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and blended. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

I am not from the area and was looking for a place to work for the day. After purchasing a cup of coffee from another establishment (who did not have ideal seating), I visited Queen Beans and asked if I could bring my outside coffee in if I purchased breakfast there. The staff member assured me it was no problem at all, so I bought breakfast and worked for the day.
The next day, I followed the same routine (since I actually really enjoyed the other places coffee and I was already told it was no problem if I bring in outside drinks). However this time, a different staff member informed me that outside beverages were not allowed, but said I could stay if I poured my coffee into one of their cups. I completely understood and complied without any issue.
30 minutes later, the owner approached my table visibly angry and began berating me for not following their rules. Despite explaining that I had received information from two employees allowing me to have an outside beverage, the manager continued to reprimand me, stating it was common sense not to bring outside drinks. While I always respect the rules of any establishment (and would have happily poured out my drink if he would have simply asked), the owners disrespectful tone and demeaning language were shockingly disgraceful.
I would not recommend dining here if you expect courteous and professional ownership or management.

Arrived at noon. Despite having the Open sign still on the cashier told us that they close at noon. We asked if possible to get coffee drinks to go. She obliged. We ordered drinks requiring espresso and foam. They were available immediately. Appear to have just used coffee not espresso. No foam was present. Extremely disappointed. If she didn't want to make our actual order then she should have said so and not charged a fortune for coffee with lots of creamer in it. Will never stop there again.

Really enjoy Queen Beans Coffeehouse. Such a great atmosphere here. The fireplace and tv make it very inviting for a drink or a meal. Both the coffee and the food were excellent. Highly recommend.
One of our favorite places to go eat lunch. We volunteer at the Animal Rescue Of Carroll, and afterwards we always go to Queen Beans. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely amazing the food is fantastic, the service is awesome they're very friendly the coffee is so good. One of my go to places when I'm in town you won't be able to find a better place around that serves food and coffee and amazing atmosphere. I recommend it to all my friends and family. The workers are worse than horrible, can’t seem to listen to a specific order and their smoothies r 90% syrup the tarty taste is so bad it’s not worth it. Bring that price down to 2.50 by the way your trash workers serve it, none of them can make a smoothie, read or follow a simple two step right yet work there.

A coffee place with marginal food is pretty common. A coffee place with bad coffee is a whole different story. The drip coffee is either burnt or watery. I ordered a latte and it was the worst coffee drink I’ve ever had. It tasted like coffee flavored water with warmed milk poured in. Very disappointing.
