This is gas station coffee. Even comes in a gas station looking cup. No espresso, just a push button machine with powdered flavors. If you’re from out of town expecting real lattes you are unfortunately out of luck in Carroll. Seems everywhere employs these entitled high school kids so service isn’t great

Great local small town coffee and grill. My breakfast bagel with sausage was huge and delicious. Definitely a must stop in Carroll.
Freelancer pit stop: This café is adorable, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. As a former custodian, the first thing that caught my eye was how spotless the place is—clearly a lot of care goes into the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick. We only got lattes, but as a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I can confidently say they were excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and blended. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

I am not from the area and was looking for a place to work for the day. After purchasing a cup of coffee from another establishment (who did not have ideal seating), I visited Queen Beans and asked if I could bring my outside coffee in if I purchased breakfast there. The staff member assured me it was no problem at all, so I bought breakfast and worked for the day.
The next day, I followed the same routine (since I actually really enjoyed the other places coffee and I was already told it was no problem if I bring in outside drinks). However this time, a different staff member informed me that outside beverages were not allowed, but said I could stay if I poured my coffee into one of their cups. I completely understood and complied without any issue.
30 minutes later, the owner approached my table visibly angry and began berating me for not following their rules. Despite explaining that I had received information from two employees allowing me to have an outside beverage, the manager continued to reprimand me, stating it was common sense not to bring outside drinks. While I always respect the rules of any establishment (and would have happily poured out my drink if he would have simply asked), the owners disrespectful tone and demeaning language were shockingly disgraceful.
I would not recommend dining here if you expect courteous and professional ownership or management.

Arrived at noon. Despite having the Open sign still on the cashier told us that they close at noon. We asked if possible to get coffee drinks to go. She obliged. We ordered drinks requiring espresso and foam. They were available immediately. Appear to have just used coffee not espresso. No foam was present. Extremely disappointed. If she didn't want to make our actual order then she should have said so and not charged a fortune for coffee with lots of creamer in it. Will never stop there again.

This Cafe is super cute and easy to get to with plenty of parking. As a custodian the first thing I noticed about this little Cafe was how clean it is. There is so much care put into the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and prompt. We only ordered lattes but as a coffee snob I can say with confidence that they were GOOD. The flavors and ratios were balanced and blended. I plan on coming back again and trying more!
