WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! The drinks were made heavenly l, I just ordered the wrong thing. I should’ve taken the absolutely amazing recommendation from the young lady, Ella. She brightened my day beyond relief and one of the most memorable meetings with customer service I’ve seen. The smile she gave me made me felt welcomed and ready to be served. If you’re looking for good coffee in Iowa, take the drive, ask for Ella, and enjoy your day! The manager is a little harsh on the costumers and her employees….

Not getting what I ordered! Many times when I have ordered a vertigo blended, The girls do not put the can energy drink in!
when ordering a vertigo (energy drink) blended with mango, the girls do not put the can energy drink in just the mango flavoring! This has happened on many occasions! The company raised their prices and were not getting what we're paying for! many times I see the girls drinking energy drinks there, most likely what the customer is paying for but not getting! That is stealing plain simple! The girls should loose their job over this! Shame on them!

Well if it wasn't for the only young man that works there I'd of tried to rate this as a negative star. I stop in there several times a week and he is probably one of the best persons I have ran across in costumer service in a very long time and am really on the edge of trying to take him from the scooters establishment. For the most part his co-workers seem as if they would rather stand around and discuss everyone else's "problems" in the open and in front of whom ever cares to listen. In short I guess that this young man is the only reason I return and dread it when he's not working because who knows what you'll get for your orders.
