I’m in Carroll on Wednesday for dance at Fusion Damce and this is right across the street. I wanted something fast so I walked across the street and ordered an Asian chicken wrap, I’m pretty sure I had my food in 3 minutes, and it tastes amazing. Great work all around!

Just ate at Ski’s for the first time. Great experience! Had the Korean Beef Rice Bowl: a generous portion of wonderfully crispy, perfectly seasoned beef atop a large bowl of rice and steamed veggies. Yummy! Totally chill, laid-back environment with fun holiday music playing loud enough to encourage conversation among patron groups. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely top tier hole in the wall in downtown Carroll Iowa. The quality is always delicious and the owner dabbles in a beautiful array of complex desserts, the best in town. Wonderful service Everytime, they take the time to get to know customers and even know my favorite orders. Great people!
