New employees are horrible. Rude, with a false sense of confidence. Act like they know what they are doing, but ask you to repeat your very simple but specific order 3 times before they get it on the system right, but then hand you the wrong drink. I ordered my drink with whole milk, and it even says it on the order sticker, but it is not whole milk. I cannot tell if it’s almond milk or what but I don’t like any other milk than whole in my coffee or it tastes sour. This tastes sour. If you don’t know what you’re doing it’s alright, don’t act like you’re the best when you’re not.

Came here to get a coffee wasn't 8 yet n they told me they was closed already cuz It took 30 minutes to shutdown the coffee machine shouldn't that be done after 8 pm also I came from out of town just for starbucks!

On 4-27-2024 I went to Starbucks in the morning 3 girls were working. I ordered 3 simple drinks. One being a caramel iced coffee, when I received my drinks they were all incorrect I even asked to clarify what the drinks were and made the comment that I don’t think it’s right. The girl stared at me and walked away. We take our drinks and try them and every single one of them were absolutely trash. We ended up throwing them in the trash after a drink of each. Will not be getting a drink from the Carroll Starbucks again.

I finished my drink around 6:30 PM. I'm writing this at 3AM. Why? Because I received a mistake from the barista. I ordered a large iced decaf coffee and please leave room for cream. When she rung me up, she said that will be $7.95. I thought "Wow! Inflation for coffee has really increased. " I haven't had a coffee from Starbucks in about 6 months.So when I got my drink, it was a very light tan color. I thought "That's odd, they put in the creamer in for me. And why so much?" I noticed on the receipt that she rung me up for an iced latte. I asked to make sure it was decaf and the other barista nodded yes . So I drank it. The drink tasted fine but more importantly I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP ALL NIGHT!

Not sure what's going on lately..order exact same thing every single time caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino...last time and this time coffee base has been bitter..it's made different every single time:( tonight it was nasty bitter ask for them to remake it the acted annoyed and when they remade it it was watery no caramel ribbon no whip cream on bottom..through it away right in front of them!!! Please fix this issue!!!

Went by this morning to pick up some coffee. The employess weren't very friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked if they had any half and half out. If you dont like the public, dont serve the public. Seems to much to expect a smile or friendly customer service. Next time I will go to Caseys
