Best experience today that I have had the employees we amazing one employee actually did a table touch which was nice. I could actually have a conversation and not feel like I was yelling due to the music being at a reasonable volume. Honesty it was the best experience by far.

I placed a mobile order around 7pm and everything went through with no indication they were closed. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later only to be told they were “unfortunately closed at the moment” Very frustrating.

Sat at the drive through for 15minutes and the crew never came back... so I called the store and asked him to come to the window and give me my money back. When the crew came to the window, she was rude and said she had my food. I told her there was no excuse waiting in the driveway for fifteen minutes.When no one was in front of me. She told me to leave and slam the window in my face. I honked my horn and told her to give me my money back. Two days later, my money was refunded to my credit card. Way to go taco bell

Service was excellent but the food, not so much. We tried some different items for a change, the crunch wrap, cheesey chicken flat bread and the beef burrito. VERY disappointed. Since Taco Bell quit offering the 7-layer burrito and the chili cheese burrito we usually only do breakfast at Taco Bell but the Carroll restaurant doesn't do breakfast. We'll just havta go elsewhere and I strongly recommend going somewhere else to eat.
