We ordered a chicken taco salad and a beef taco salad. Customer service was great but the salad was terrible! Literally filled 1/2 of the shell. Totally not worth the price we paid for it!! So disappointed!!

We got the 6 pack and a pound! The tacos were literally cold! Like take out of the refrigerator cold! The meat serving was not even covering the bottom of the shell! I took the teaspoon of lettuce off so I could heat the shell and meat! No cheese! Is the Carroll Taco John’s under new ownership? This was absolutely awful!

Ordered Taco Burgers when I got home and opened them the buns were hard. When we went back to get money back was told no way by Josie manager on duty. Said it was my problem not hers. Said that I should have brought them back when I saw they were hard. Told her that we did. Again said not her problem. I will be contacting corporate manager about this. She was very rude and unprofessional.
I was so excited to go to Taco John's because I hadn't went in a while, last time I had went was in Wisconsin and it was fairly priced and very good. So , I leave the swan lake campground and drive all the way to this exact location in Carroll ' order two tacos and an order of oles' it came out to 12.00 and some change -smh' the taco meat wasn't even cooked , the tacos were smashed and didn't have anything on them, and tasted so funny I ended up giving them toy dog because I didn't want to totally waste my hard earned money and I wondered if the dog would even be ok ' the way those tacos were. Smh' I ate the oles' kept the receipt which I still have but didn't call and get a meal replacement yet ' I was worried they'd try to do something to it since I would have to tell them how bad it was.
