My daughter is facing a serious medical issue that could lead to blindness. Our new optometrist needed her old medical records ASAP. We called on Wednesday to the WalMart vison center and talked to someone that "only works the desk, but will leave a message." By Thursday afternoon our doctor was NEEDING those records. Some lady that looked a tad methed up just kicked us out instead of politely asking us to pick something up. she didn't even look like she worked there and had a cart full. said cops had already been there once tonight and your establishment wasn't doing it again. we would have been fine to pick up what we did. and there was no warning. will not see my face in there again. only reason i gave 1 star is because it won't let me put 0!
