We stopped pretty early in the morning on a Saturday for breakfast on the way to Dubuque. There was one server for about 6-8 tables/booths, I would say it was about 15 customers total. The service was FLAWLESS! The food was AMAZING! I had an omelette and hashbrowns with toast, let me tell you, I'm not a big breakfast eater but those hashbrowns were the BEST I have ever had and the omelette was perfect. We will definitely be making more trips for the food!

My husband and I stopped in this lovely quaint joint on our way home from a relaxing getaway. Needless to say we were pleasantly suprised with our food, and the service was outstanding! We ate supper the night before at a 5 star restaurant in another town and the service and food didn't even compare to our experience at this diner! We will definitely stop again!

I agree with all the good or great reviews. I had made a special order, food was excellent, coffee is one of the best I tasted. Great chat with the waitress and owner, who is the cook by the way, and really enjoyed the visit. I felt at home. So to y'all that gave a bad review, your opinion is not relevant to my experience. I'll be stopping again.

Overpriced and not appetizing. Misleading prices and only served a limited breakfast buffet. Stated more items but after ordered there was an extra price. Don’t waste time stopping here!
My co-worker and I are truckers, and we stopped in and had the breakfast buffet right after the place opened. Our waitress Michelle was extremely helpful and treated us more like guests in her own house than customers. The food was delicious and the prices were low. I think every diner in America should take notes from this place. Five stars, big time. Thanks Cascade Cafe!
