Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream - Cascade

Took me a bit to get to this.

Wife and I stopped by here on our way home. All the staff was super nice, had a nice talk with one of the employees about the things I do(am in a wheelchair with no legs) he was super and respectful and made great conversation and I hope he's doing well.

The music taste was also absolutely fantastic. Food was good, my wife loved her Mac and cheese and my wings were great.

Overall this location was great. We hope to come by again

We went to Happy Joe's in Cascade Friday night after the big storm that ran through Monticello and Cascade. They were very busy with take out orders so the nice lady at the counter said it was going to be a bit if a delay for our order. She offered chips or ice cream to our grandkids to make up for the delay. Thr lids took her in on ice cream but they had to eat all their pizza first. They did, and she got them each an ice cream. I did not catch her name but she made it a very pleasant experience for us. Monticello shete we wete staying was completely out of power. The food was delicious too. She made it a great experience for us all. Very kind and customer focused.

Wonderful pizza! Really enjoyed the Meatworks and Hawaiian. So while you're sitting around in Iowa, wondering what the world you're doing in Iowa, get some pizza.

I moved to Las Vegas 28 years ago, and Happy Joes Taco Pizza is still my MUST HAVE when I come back to Iowa! (I get it without bean sauce.) There's nothing like it in all of the pizza I have tasted across the country! They have secret ingredients that's for sure! It is pricey, but it is pretty filling so if you split that up among 3-4 people it's not so bad. (Their lunch special with a personal pizza and drink is a great deal!)
The employees are always very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Thanks for yet another great meal! Wish I could have had it more than once!

I haven't had Happy Joe's pizza in years. It was awesome to say the least. Just like it always was. I highly recommend stopping by if you get a chance. The people there were great too.

When I went to this place it was empty so we can blame it on being to busy. I got a half blt, half meat lovers. Complete garbage. I actually thought I was eating warm trash. Terrible, I'll eat spoiled food out the refrigerator before ordering anything from them again.

Taco blt made well and tastes good but...after havibg taco pizzas for 30 years, I expect happy joea sauce, not some cheap heinz sauce. Can't order again unless happy Joe's sauce is back. Dbq already got rid of it or didn't use it.

Delicious pizza. Lots of cheese, which is important for my pizza. Cooked to perfection. The service was very friendly and fast. Would eat here again.

So disappointed....ever since Happy Joe's in Cedar Rapids closed I've been totally bummed because I love their special pizza with Canadian bacon and sauerkraut. I just happened to find this in Cascade so we drove there all excited because we could actually dine in.When the pizza came...the crust was so overly done (burnt almost)....that it tasted terrible. I told my husband that I guess I won't be craving it again for a long time now...ruined it for me. ?
