Absolutely Phenomenal – Your Holidays Need Moski’s!
If you are looking for someone to handle your holiday cooking, look no further than Moski's BBQ in Cascade. You will not be disappointed!
We first decided to let them handle the heavy lifting for Thanksgiving in 2024 with their smoked turkey, and it was outstanding. It was so good that we immediately placed another order for Christmas that same year—this time for their mouth-watering prime rib. Naturally, we have already ordered the smoked turkey again for Thanksgiving this year, and we will more than likely be ordering for Christmas again, too. It has become a delicious family tradition we look forward to.
Aside from their incredible holiday offerings, their regular menu is amazing. They feature everything from tender ribs to perfectly smoked brisket, but the real star of the show might be the sides. OMG—I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese. It is nothing short of magical.
If you can’t make the drive out to Cascade, be sure to track their truck to find a location near you. Give Moski’s a try and I assure you, they will not disappoint!

I had Moski's cater our family reunion luncheon Saturday, July 19, 2025. I ordered their Brisket, Pulled Smoked Pork, Loaded Baked Potato Casserole and BBQ Baked Beans. I've eaten at many of the top 5 BBQ places in Nashville, Memphis, & Knoxville, Tennessee, and Moski's is best BBQ that I have ever tasted. Many family members, including several who smoke their own meat, also thought the Brisket was the best they ever had. The Pulled Pork was moist & smoky, the Loaded Baked Potato Casserole was rich & tasty. The BBQ Beans were thick, delicious & included chunks of smoked meat and slices of smoked sausage; almost a meal in itself! Everyone at the reunion raved about the food. Brice (one of the owners) delivered the food on time, hot, and ready to serve. In my opinion, Moski's deserves more than 5 Stars.

I think I've rated Moskis before, but if it gives me a chance, I'm giving 5 stars every time. This is the best bbq I've tasted... anywhere. I've had TX, Kansas City, etc, etc. Nothing compares to how good this meat is... but the sides are just as fantastic. I'm a big boy, but my wife and I shared a lunch because we were visiting and didn't have a fridge for leftovers. The portions are immense!

We were in Iowa for our Granddaughter’s birthday party and it was held here. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice. We live in Alabama and drive through and visit Memphis, Kansas City and countless BBQ down south, and none were as tasty and CLEAN as Moski’s in that little ole Iowa town. Worth the stop!! We’ll be back for certain!!

We stopped by Moski’s for lunch today. It was a great experience! Ordering was easy and efficient and our food was ready so fast. The food was delicious, much better than any BBQ we’ve had in our hometown of Cedar Rapids. We were greeted and checked on by 3 different employees while we ate at the counter. Worth the drive for us and we’ll definitely be back!!

We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The customer service was amazing, and even though the place was busy, we didn’t have to wait long to order our food. When it arrived, it was hot and fresh.
We ordered the brisket plate, which came with two fantastic sides: the smokey mac and cheese and the flavorful baked potato casserole. My wife also wanted an additional side, so we ordered cornbread, it was her favorite.
This restaurant is definitely one of our go-to places when we return to visit.

I had the mini sampler platter, and it was fantastic. I usually prefer the brisket, and while the brisket was quite good, the smoked chicken was outstanding. The ribs were also very good. The sides were a real standout, especially the corn, beans and potatoe casserole. If you are a BBQ fan, this is a must try.
