Moskis continuously exceeds expectations, from hospitality to the tase of great BBQ, this establishment is sure to meet or go beyond expectations. Brice, Shannan & Co really care about their image and quality of food and it shows, the dining areas and bathrooms are always very clean. Meat is smoked fresh and ran until sold out, so you know you are getting fresh food, not something thats been reheated. Brice is probably one of the most friendliest gentleman ive come across, always says hello and ask how your day is going, makes sure to check up on you while eating, and always answers any questions i have on how to make my own smoked food better as well. I am from dubuque, and as its not a very far drive to cascade, but there is still no hesitation to go when Moskis crosses my mind. You cant go wrong with any menu item, as im sure whatever you get will have you craving more!

I’m not a picky eater, but I can tell you I bought the big sampler with 6 sides. None of the meat was good. The baked potatoe casserole was the only good side. Everything else was terrible.

Cascade Moe’s Barbecue in Cascade was one of those rare places that instantly felt like home. I was a regular for a long time, and every visit reminded me why I kept coming back. The food was consistently excellent—smoky, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Whether it was the pulled pork, ribs, or their sides, everything had that unmistakable Moe’s touch.
What really set them apart, though, was the warmth of the people. On my last visit before moving away, they surprised me with a T‑shirt as a parting gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly captured the kind of hospitality that makes Moe’s special. They don’t just serve great barbecue—they build genuine connections with their customers.
If you’re anywhere near Cascade and craving amazing food served by folks who truly care, Moe’s Barbecue is the place to go. I miss it already.

Food was incredible!!! The Mac n cheese was toooooo good and the portions were big as hellllll! I will say the over all vibes when we visited were quiet and reserved, but we got there earlier in the day, so I’m not stressing. Recommend if you want some good BBQ in Iowa.

If you are looking for someone to handle your holiday cooking, look no further than Moski's BBQ in Cascade. You will not be disappointed!
We first decided to let them handle the heavy lifting for Thanksgiving in 2024 with their smoked turkey, and it was outstanding. It was so good that we immediately placed another order for Christmas that same year—this time for their mouth-watering prime rib. Naturally, we have already ordered the smoked turkey again for Thanksgiving this year, and we will more than likely be ordering for Christmas again, too. It has become a delicious family tradition we look forward to.
Aside from their incredible holiday offerings, their regular menu is amazing. They feature everything from tender ribs to perfectly smoked brisket, but the real star of the show might be the sides. OMG—I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese. It is nothing short of magical.
If you can’t make the drive out to Cascade, be sure to track their truck to find a location near you. Give Moski’s a try and I assure you, they will not disappoint!

Very cool place. Modern, fast service, great food. The only bummer was they were out of most of the meats when we showed up for a late dinner.
We just had Moski's cater our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. We had sliced brisket, pulled chicken, baked potato casserole, mac and cheese, and green beans. All of our guest had great things to say about the food!
