I would HIGHLY recommend Moski’s smoked ribs, and pretty much everything else in the restaurant & food truck! Moski’s bbq sauce is also the BEST! From the brisket to the sides of smoked mac n cheese, to delicious corn bread, you just can’t go wrong with these amazing dishes & incredible staff! My family had Moski’s cater my daughter’s graduation & wedding, with very few leftovers, & plenty of our guests asking WHO did our food! Compliments to Brice, Shawna, Shannon & crew! You’re the BEST!

This place is amazing!!! I’ve been all over US traveling show to show, and this place by far has the best brisket and BBQ I’ve had. Yes, sorry Texas but they beat you. Now, if you are a vegan like the Majestic Google Reviewer Eldon Begle, this is not a place for you. All good and superb meat has fat on it. It’s what gives it its amazing flavor and moisture. So if you are afraid of a little fat stay away from bbq places and continue eating your Jenny Craig on the go meals. You want amazing food that will heal your soul body and mind… stop in in and get yourself some!!! Thank you to the amazing people at Moski’s!! I’ll definitely be back!!

Stumbled across this amazing bbq place on our way from Wisconsin to a concert in Des Moines. WOW is all I can say! Hands down, the best bbq I have ever eaten. The brisket was cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth. And the cornbread? Absolutely amazing. Met the owner and his daughter who were friendly and so grateful to hear how much we loved their restaurant. If you are traveling anywhere near Cascade, Iowa make sure you stop and try this fantastic food!

HEY ALL YOU PEOPLE! HEY ALL YOU PEOPLE!! HEY ALL YOU PEOPLE WONT YOU LISTEN TO MEEEEEE!!! Went there for the first time today and it was AMAZING!!! Soons you walk in you get the aroma of smoked wood (couldnt decipher flavor and didnt ask), there wasnt a long wait time for the food, and the food was amazing. I got the rib plate with mac n cheese and cornbread, the ribs were VERY tender and well seasoned I dont know what the bbq sauce tastes like because I didnt use much (true bbq dont need sauce), the mac n cheese was very creamy and just a hint of spice to me but it was good, the cornbread it seemed like something my granny or my mom made it wasnt dried out it was sweet and they had like a honey glaze on top. 5 stars across the board!! Cant wait to go back, my mouth already watering. The photo is after a few bites and i decided i needed to share a pic :)
Parking: They are on a corner, not many spots in the lot and there is another place right next door with no parking signs in spots for their customers

The food was delicious but nothing was hot. Everything was just lukewarm. The young man behind the counter was nice. The girl at the register was not. She never greeted us, never said hi, never said "can I help you" or "thank you". My husband asked for a cup of ice and she shrugged her shoulders and stared at him. Not a good front line face to give a first impression of your business. This is our second time eating at Moskis. The first time was a really good experience with friendly and helpful front line staff.
