I would HIGHLY recommend Moski’s smoked ribs, and pretty much everything else in the restaurant & food truck! Moski’s bbq sauce is also the BEST! This place is amazing!!! I’ve been all over US traveling show to show, and this place by far has the best brisket and BBQ I’ve had. Yes, sorry Texas but they beat you.
Now, if you are a vegan like the Majestic Google Reviewer Eldon Begle, this is not a place for you. All good and superb meat has fat on it. It’s what gives it its amazing flavor and moisture. Stumbled across this amazing bbq place on our way from Wisconsin to a concert in Des Moines. WOW is all I can say! Hands down, the best bbq I have ever eaten. The brisket was cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth. And the cornbread? Absolutely amazing. Met the owner and his daughter who were friendly and so grateful to hear how much we loved their restaurant. If you are traveling anywhere near Cascade, Iowa make sure you stop and try this fantastic food!
