Absolutely horrible experience with customer service after my food was damaged. Over half my order was not edible. The packaging is not secure, yet Chilled blamed it on the delivery company, and also me, for not purchasing shipping protection on my package.

We love Chilled meals! The membership is such a great value and gives me so many options when I don’t want to make a huge mess in the kitchen. We had the Crack Chicken Tots tonight and my husband and won’t stop raving. Such good flavor and I LOVE that there are gluten free options for me too!
