came in around 8 a bit ago and the only person working was a blonde teenage girl, there was atleast 4 people getting orders at the counter and multiple people who were waiting on food, seemed as though she was the only one in there. I stayed there roughly 45 minutes to eat and talk with my family and not once did someone else come to help her. great service from her, was very nice while taking my order, food was good, but was definitely understaffed. Overall she looked to be a hard worker, and did a great job handling the work by herself, definitely a great employee.

Got a new spicy wrap and they drenched the thing in Spicy sauce, too spicy. Overall last time I went I got a Mc Crispy and it was good, fry temp was optimal.

Possibly one of the weirdest McDonald's experiences I've ever had, in that it seemed not a single person working there knew what exactly their job was or where anything was located. I honestly felt like I was on a prank show... only to find out that I was not. To be fair, it was 10:30 PM and the one guy at the counter taking orders was very nice.

I’ve never worked at a McDonald’s to understand the process that goes behind the counter but massive props to the lady with the pink hair and pony tail. Takes her job serious and was efficient.

Went to the drive thru. The food was dry, and they forgot to put ranch on my snack wrap. They got our order right
We only get their breakfast burritos, they are always good. Have always had fast friendly service

I found the order kiosk confusing. The location number comes from a tent number located on a stack next to the order screen. Now it’s obvious. Trying to order for the first time at the kiosk and not knowing what a locator number was or how to find it was frustrating. ALSO, are the fish sandwiches, which I love, really getting smaller every time I order one. They should be advertised as sliders!
