Great atmosphere for playing some pool. And for those that like to party.
Visited MJ's for the first time and was absolutely blown away. This place is truly a small-town gem! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by a beautifully fenced-in yard beside the bar, setting a warm and inviting atmosphere. Inside, we were greeted with a friendly smile and served our drinks promptly — ice cold and just what we needed!

I love dragging my friends and family to MJs Dawghouse once a week. Plenty of pool tables and other events year around. Just maybe I'll see you there soon. Can't promise that I'll be any good at pool but we will have fun 👍

MJ's Dawghouse is a small-town gem and Eastern Iowa's hidden gem with a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and amazing people. The staff is friendly, offering a large selection of ice cold drinks, pizza, and hotdogs. The bar is surprisingly spacious with plenty of seating and a beautifully fenced-in yard. It is a great place to hang out, featuring five pool tables with tournaments. The establishment is known for its live music, including Royal Bliss concerts that turn the whole place into a lively, open-air music venue, making it the go-to destination for a great time.
