I placed an online order.
I arrived and there were no employees to be seen, so I proceeded to the online order pick up area.
There was a bag with my name on it with two subs as I ordered.
When I got home and open the packages I realized neither subs were what I had ordered.
My name and sub order were on the ticket stapled to the bag but the subs didn't even come close to matching the order.

Flies are touching the meat and the service from the two women that worked on 07/16/2025 at 1pm was terrible. I decided to take my money elsewhere. I drive semi trucks all over the country. I expect better treatment and service and a cleaner Atmosphere not my food being expose to bugs/flies. I seen kids working at subway do better.

Stopped on way home from airport at 9:45 pm on Monday 3/10 , the sign was on and door said closed at 10 pm. Had not eaten much all day , door was locked and employee was sweeping the floor. Very disappointed. I work in customer service and if you close at a certain time , you close at that time. If you close early at least turn off your sign.

I had ordered online through the app. I tried to call the restaurant over 5 times. Everytime either got sent to a voicemail hung up on or not answered at all. I am very disappointed. When I walked in to ask a question since they didn’t answer the phone. They were both standing on their phones texting away. The younger gal finally stepped up to help another customer. I am extremely disappointed!
