Food was good. Kfc didn't have hot sauce, that's why they received 4 stars instead of 5. If you see the stock of hotsauce getting low order more manager.

Best fast food place sround here. The crew they have in their right now are fantastic and they make you want to come back. Food is alot better than it ever has been. Store is always very cleanily and in Ottumwa Iowa that alot most stores and fsst food places are literally disquisted and you cant even walk thru the doors you just keep driving.

Asked for a Famous Bowl, no corn, extra chicken.. All I got was 3peices in the bowl and they forgot to add cheese to the bowl which it is supposed to have. So I paid extra for less food...
Waited over 40 mins for an 8 piece that was it. Soon as I got to the window to pay they said hold on before you pay there will be another 10 minutes and if you can park your car . ??? LIKE?? REALLY! Total time spent was 45 mins smh Really unprofessional

I went in originally for the Taco Bell but I found out they don't use the app at all so I can't order my usual, pretty big bummer there so I guess I won't be ordering any Taco Bell. I tried the KFC though and got a regular chicken sandwich box, it was pretty good. Honestly better than your average KFC, the lack of the app though really sucks.

I came in here for some taco bell n some ignornt people put a KFC in here!! I could not believe it that they would be so forward as to put a KFC in the taco bell if I wanted greasy stuff outta bucket I woulda went to thr Chinese place in Moulton unbelievable!!!
