We were in the drive thru for 28 minutes last night! Poor girls at the windows told us they were only staffed with 4 people total; 4 employees to handle Frontline, Grill/Fryers/Prep-Stations, Drive Thru, Mobile & Dash orders. You could tell they were stressed! Management definitely needs improvement at this McDonalds, for sure!

Ordered 2 double cheeseburger no pickles and a large diet coke, they game me both cheeseburger with pickles and they forgot to give me my drink.

Ordered a meal with drinks and for some reason the lady handing the food out decided to unwrap and put the straws into the drinks, which in my opinion is unsanitary and gross. You never know what else those hands had touched that day or even prior. Had to ask for new straws after pulling the old ones out.

I swear, it's not that hard to work here. Zero napkins, no mayo packets, sandwich made wrong, cup lid not on when handed to us, zero customer service, latina girl didn't speak a single word at the window. You workers really piss me off. Ruined my day

place is a joke... They put pickles on my burger... forgot my sauce for my strips both kids sauces for their nuggets no straws I paid for a large drink for me got a small instead...just straight bs like always and then they hung up on me when I called to complain... trinity was who answered... I was polite and as courteous as possible... she was not... I get having a bad day but dont take it out on the people paying your wages when the mistake is your fault not the customers...

Every once in a while they get my order right and the food is good... the other 75% of the time they leave sauces out or give ya hour old fries or put stuff on your food you requested be left off tag on the wrapper that says what you ordered and all

The service is terrible. I place a mobile order. An employee came to check my order as I pulled in and the order she read was incorrect. My order was canceled even though I had a receipt. What happened to the customer is always right. No one could help me when I went in. We left with nothing.
