The chicken tenders are just OK. Nothing I would get again. The lemonade has a strong bitter taste. Won't get that again either. Creamy chili sauce was actually better than I expected.

Waited 15 minutes for a burnt patty and terrible fries. All we ordered was 2 quarter pounders, one was plain for lords sake. We shouldn’t have to wait 15-20 minutes if the fries aren’t fresh AND the burger is bad. Do not go to centerville McDonald’s. Just save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered ahead on the app at 10:00 AM. I got there and it was really busy and I understood it was busy so i waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I finally got up to the second window, and they told me I was waiting. I found that a little odd because I had placed the order 20 minutes before that, but I still went and waited. About 5-7 cars went through the drive thru while I sat and waited for my food. I went inside the store after 20 more minutes of waiting, and they proceeded to tell me I was still waiting. So I stood inside for about 5 more minutes when they handed me my food. I went back out to my car and they had forgotten some of my food. So after almost 50 minutes of waiting I had to go back inside and get the rest of my food. When I walked in, I got nasty looks from the employees. One of them walked up to me and I quote said “what do you want?” I don’t understand why it’s so hard to treat people with respect. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Atmosphere was gross and unclean.

At 35 years old, I have never asked for a refund at a fast food restaurant until today. When you pay extra for a couple “deluxe” trash burgers, you should at least get “extra”. They skipped tomatoes but opted to put one quarter-sized(I’m not exaggerating) piece of lettuce on each burger. If they neglected it altogether I probably would’ve just ate it and went on. But why bother? I’ll never eat there again.

I used the McDonald's app. My food was being bagged as I approached the counter. My food was hot (not too hot) and tasted great! It was a major improvement from the last time I ate here.

They take forever. They act like they don't know what their doing or are just bored and don't care. But the food is usually good
Terrible time management and speed of getting orders out. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order and people before me were getting their food before me. Employees were joking around and laughing while a bunch of people were waiting for their food.

Got the breakfast this morning, got home the hash browns were not in the sack. It happens a lot anymore, and customers pay good money for the food. We should expect to get what we order. I know mistakes can happen, but they happen often. We always loved McDonald's, but somewhere along the line they quit caring about the customers.
