place is a joke... They put pickles on my burger... forgot my sauce for my strips both kids sauces for their nuggets no straws I paid for a large drink for me got a small instead...just straight bs like always and then they hung up on me when I called to complain... trinity was who answered... I was polite and as courteous as possible... she was not... I get having a bad day but dont take it out on the people paying your wages when the mistake is your fault not the customers...

The service is terrible. I place a mobile order. An employee came to check my order as I pulled in and the order she read was incorrect. My order was canceled even though I had a receipt. What happened to the customer is always right. No one could help me when I went in. We left with nothing.

The chicken tenders are just OK. Nothing I would get again. The lemonade has a strong bitter taste. Won't get that again either. Creamy chili sauce was actually better than I expected.

Waited 15 minutes for a burnt patty and terrible fries. All we ordered was 2 quarter pounders, one was plain for lords sake. We shouldn’t have to wait 15-20 minutes if the fries aren’t fresh AND the burger is bad. Do not go to centerville McDonald’s. Just save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered ahead on the app at 10:00 AM. I got there and it was really busy and I understood it was busy so i waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I finally got up to the second window, and they told me I was waiting. I found that a little odd because I had placed the order 20 minutes before that, but I still went and waited. About 5-7 cars went through the drive thru while I sat and waited for my food. I went inside the store after 20 more minutes of waiting, and they proceeded to tell me I was still waiting. So I stood inside for about 5 more minutes when they handed me my food. I went back out to my car and they had forgotten some of my food. So after almost 50 minutes of waiting I had to go back inside and get the rest of my food. When I walked in, I got nasty looks from the employees. One of them walked up to me and I quote said “what do you want?” I don’t understand why it’s so hard to treat people with respect. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Atmosphere was gross and unclean.

At 35 years old, I have never asked for a refund at a fast food restaurant until today. When you pay extra for a couple “deluxe” trash burgers, you should at least get “extra”. They skipped tomatoes but opted to put one quarter-sized(I’m not exaggerating) piece of lettuce on each burger. If they neglected it altogether I probably would’ve just ate it and went on. But why bother? I’ll never eat there again.
I used the McDonald's app. My food was being bagged as I approached the counter. My food was hot (not too hot) and tasted great! It was a major improvement from the last time I ate here.
