My husband and I came in the evening and were not welcomed in properly. The waitress barely acknowledged us and told us to “sit anywhere we like.” We then sat down at a dirty table and waited several minutes to be served. A family group then came in and were immediately served drinks and had their order taken, with the waitress looking directly at us and she still did not bother to take our order. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, and still not being served or even acknowledged, we decided that we shouldn’t be spending our money here. So, if you go in, don’t go in the evening and don’t expect any service from the waitress with black hair unless you are a large group of people. Just go to Casey’s instead. We are incredibly annoyed and disappointed at the service tonight, as it usually isn’t that way.

One waitress for the whole place, I could see in the kitchen they were cutting pizza without cleaning the rocker knife there was chunks of pizza hanging on it. We ordered appetizers that showed up two minutes before the pizza. One pizza was wrong. My pizza had chunks of other pizza from the rocker knife. We had to find our ticket at the checkout. Pizza hut used to be a dinning experience now it's just cheap ingredients and bad service.
We usually order Pizza Hut from yall all the time and have it delivered. Well tonight when I received my pizza I noticed that it was made incorrectly both of them. I looked back at the receipt and it clearly said how I wanted both pizzas to be made and yall failed to do that this time. Also are we rationing toppings now to only 1-2 pepperonis a slice on a large pizza??? Along with the chicken sausage. Also the “lemon pepper” wings we received were not even seasoned but yet whoever it was put the lemon pepper sticker on the bowl.

Many times over the past several years i have called to place an order to pickup only to have no one answer the phone. I would call again and again but no answer. Someone needs to be fired. I now only buy from Casey's. You lost a lot of business PizzaHut in Centerville, Iowa because i eat a lot of pizza.

The person working the night I came in with my family was probably th best service i had ever received! They went above and beyond. The food was OK. The main issue I had was that the pizza had way too much cheese and the topping were on one slice of pizza, like the rest of the pie only had a sprinkle except for the one slice. There was so much cheese that you couldn't tell where it was cut. I'm not expecting perfection but just disappointed that all I got was a cheese. The bathroom was clean and the dinning area had a table that was broken. I enjoyed my visit even though my stomach hurt so much because of all the cheese.

It was the greatest experience all the employees were just fantastic I asker for cheese it was as should be I had marinara sauce. The bread sticks Wethersfield best I ever had the hole experience was unforgettable great job

Friendly service and fast! We had a Super Supreme and it was really good. Mozzarella sticks and cheesy breadsticks were good and piping hot. Granddaughter had chicken fettuccine and said it was just so-so.
