Ordering for my kids isn't easy because no one likes everything. I asked for a chicken soft taco with only cheese and a taco with cheese,rice, and potatoes. I feel like they were confident since they didn't read back the order. After getting the meal, I always check to make sure and it was a chicken taco with sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes with a potato and cheese taco. So I pull back around and they see me and still say a greeting as if I'm new. I tell them the tacos weren't made correctly and what was wrong. The lady said that supreme tacos are all they sell and snapped when I said there was no rice in the other. She said "bring it up here and let me see it!" So I'm going up to the window and she grabs the taco back and puts a ton of rice in it! I know that when you order from taco bell they have to remake the taco because they are not allowed to take the taco back. I also didn't get a receipt or an apology. These older women need to be in another business ? ? fast food insecurity is not flattering. They didn't need to be nasty about it as I explained it calmly and didn't raise my voice or throw a fit like a child. Honestly wouldn't come to this store because they seem as if they troll this place on the regular. I'd wait ✋️ for the next taco bell in the next town. Bad vibes and possibly bad hygiene as well. ?tacos were not the best tasting.
