I am 78 years old. Up until a couple of years ago, I used to laugh at the whole "craft beer" thing over my can of Miller High Life. Not anymore. Now, in the immortal words of The Monkees, "I'm a believer!," thanks to Scott and Jason.
Wonderful atmosphere!! Excellent customer service! Really great food!😋 Outdoor patio! Great beer! 100% recommend! Worth the drive!
BIT has a great classy atmosphere with a unique wood fire cooked pizza and appetizers! Did I mention an awesome selection of locally made craft ales and beers!? My personal favorite is anything dark! Stop in and find yours!!!

BIT Brewery offers a nice variety of beers, with a few really interesting and very good options, though some beers are hit and miss. The pizza is described as legitimately very good, with great flavors and preparation, especially the Iowa pizza which some call the best they’ve ever had. Customers recommend trying the shrimp scampi pizza and buffalo chicken mac and cheese pizza, along with the excellent selection of solid beers, brewed in small batches. The brewery has a warm, inviting environment blending small-town charm with Chicago vibes. They brew their own drinks and always have a stout on tap, even during summer. The wood-fired oven adds to the great smell of fresh baked pizza, though gluten-free options are limited to tater tots. Service can be slow at times but remains friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for families or individuals who want to enjoy good food and conversation.
