Great place to stop by, I was able to rest and even grab some hot food at 1am.😊 simple pizza and burgers but it will do. The employees and locals were pleasant and chill. My fellow drivers please keep their lot clean, we deal with enough not being able to find free parking in certain areas.

This has to be biggest joke of caseys I've ever been too, I deliver to hyvee 3 times a week I stop here every time but no more I've had it, every time im here, pizza in warmer looks like it's been in there for 8 hours, I can deal with that, what I can't deal with is 5 people working only one behind counter. And my god are they slow, it's like coffee hour here with the locals, stand and talk n talk n talk while 8 people are standing in line, lost customer here for good ill drive 2 hours for kwik trip for now on, thanks for being not so CONVENIENT UNBELIEVABLE.........do better, be better

New Manager was Super nice on Saturday. I saw her Carring for a Crying Women. Food was Hot and Fresh. Store was Clean and Stockt. Everyone was Super Friendly and just simply Anazing.

You got a 1 because, in the two years that I have been delivery to the local DC, I have never seen windshield washer in the truck fuel island buckets. ALWAYS EMPTY. I stop every week when I deliver too.
*****It's been three weeks ago that thos review was responded to.....still washer fluid buckets at the diesel pumps remain empty.****
If you are going to get diesel with an EFS card dont bother stopping here. Go to BP on the other side of town. This Caseys particularly has not been able to run my efs card the last 4 times i have been there, with bills over $200 each time. Osceola and Pella truck stop caseys never has a problem with my card. This place has lost all of my business.

No pizza slices. No food at all. Warmer completely empty at 630PM on a Saturday evening. I'm a truck driver that spends $100 a day at Casey's on Diesel fuel. The least you can do is have some fresh food in your warmers. I think food in the warmers especially slices of pizza should come before any online orders or phone orders. That's what your food business is built on!

I went in around 11:30 one night and was looking at the subs and salads when a sweet lady who worked in the kitchen asked me what i wanted. I replied i was looking for a sub but your all out. This kind employee made me a fresh sub with zero hesitation and was happy to be able to help. I got her name and it was Tammy. Glad there are great staff there who like what they do because they make the experience 10x better.
